Terms of Service — Zion Vintage Vacations

1. Acceptance of Terms
By booking accommodations, activities, or services through Zion Vintage Vacations (“Company,” “we,” “us”), you (“Guest,” “you,” “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Booking and Payment
Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of payment. You are responsible for ensuring all booking information is correct. All rates, fees, and taxes are due as specified at booking.
3. Check-In / Check-Out
Check-in time is 11:00am, and check-out is 10:00am. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and approval.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation policies are outlined during booking. Refunds for cancellations are subject to the policy provided at the time of booking.
5. Guest Responsibilities

Guests must comply with all property rules and instructions shared before or during your stay.

You are liable for any damage, missing items, or excessive cleaning required as a result of your stay.

No illegal activity, unauthorized guests, or events are permitted on premises.
6. Liability Waiver
You acknowledge that recreational activities (including hiking or tours) and facility use may involve risks. Zion Vintage Vacations is not liable for personal injury, accidents, or loss of personal property occurring during your stay or while participating in activities arranged through us.
7. Property Use
Our properties are for short-term accommodations only and may not be used for unlawful acts. Smoking and pets are only allowed in designated areas as indicated in the property rules.
8. Privacy
Your reservation and personal information are managed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at zionvintagevacations.com/privacy-policy/.
9. Third Party Services
Some experiences or services are provided by independent third parties. We are not responsible for actions or omissions of these providers.
10. Modifications
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by the laws of the State of Arizona and applicable U.S. federal law.
